R gallery

HAKI gallery has closed its doors, but its spirit is so strong that it is ready to live on in a new form. Ebrahim Bakhshayeshi has createda detailed miniature copy of the HAKI gallery premises, based on which the first miniature museum in Estonia will open. The opening exhibition of the HAKI gallery museum is Edward von Lõngus' series "The Many Faces of President Päts". The exhibition brings Lõngus' iconic characters to the audience in miniature format, giving them a new context and meaning. In Tartu, this work can be seen in two places, under the Arch Bridge and in Micro-Venice, now also in a miniature museum. As part of the HAKI gallery museum exhibition, a thematic sticker sheet and fridge magnets will be issued, 5€ from the sale of which will support the construction of the Micro-gallery.

The exhibition is part of the exhibition of miniature buildings by Ebrahim Bakhshayesh "The Art of Miniatures: A JOURNEY THROUGH A SENSE OF PLACE" taking place at R Gallery.
