Katrin Kelpman describes the process of creating the exhibition as follows:
"The exhibition consists of 13 acrylic paintings, each depicting a piece of everyday life. All the moments together form a whole, a life. But whose is it, mine or the cat's? My cat has 9 lives, but they rush by so quickly that quite a few of them can be counted in my own. Does my life also belong to the cat's 9?
I took some passing moments and painted them on canvas. That way I can always return to them when I'm looking for answers to my questions."
